Design
Your logo is not your visual identity

A logo is a mark. A visual identity is a system that lets you produce dozens of consistent assets without calling us every time.
What real guidelines contain
Colours with their exact references, typefaces and how to use them, spacing rules, logo variants for each background, and applied examples.
Why it saves you money
Because any printer, developer or community manager can work for you without starting from scratch, and without producing something that clashes with the rest.
A simple test
Cover your logo on a poster. If your brand is still recognisable, your identity holds. If not, there is work left to do.
